Amend Article VI of our Bylaws to read:

4- The Progressive Caucus will not endorse federal candidates that have received more than $1500 in donations from PACs associated with corporations. This includes PACs that take money from other corporations, but does not include PACs that are employee-based or union-based. The Progressive Caucus will not endorse State or County candidates who have received more than $750 in donations from PACs associated with corporations, or other businesses. The Progressive Caucus reserves the right to rescind endorsements, without fanfare, due to a corporate money violation with a three-fourths majority vote of the body politic.

The Progressive Caucus will keep a post on the Executive Committee free for a candidate under the age of 21. Wendy to find Young Dems and Stonewall bylaws verbiage to review for exact wording of bylaw change.

Potentially propose a bylaw change for people under 18 to vote.

Potentially propose a bylaw change for people who aren't legal voters (immigrants without legal status as an example) to vote within in the group. Need to check legality with PAC law. (Might want to email lt gov office)
